Accommodation Notice
- Please pay within 3 days of the reservation， 50% deposit of total room rate is required to obtain a confirmed reservation.Please kindly fax or email the receipt and leave us your name, travel dates, contact number for comfirmation and registration.FAX :049-2801-843
- Full amount of deposit is needed during the period of Chinese New Year.
- Please kindly inform us should you wish to cancel your trip. Deposit can be retained for six months until your next staywith us.
- Refund policyThe refund amount depends on numerous factors such as the hotel's cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees incured.
- 100% refund for cancellation made 14days prior to arrival date
- 70% refund for cancellation made 10-13days prior to arrival date.
- 50% refund for cancellation made 7-9days prior to arrival date.
- 40% refund for cancellation made 4-6days prior to arrival date.
- 30% refund for cancellation made 2-3days prior to arrival date.
- 20% refund for cancellation made 1-2days prior to arrival date.
- No refund for cancellation made on arrival date.
Accommodation Notice
- Each room has a standard number of occupancy.
- Please advise booking in advance the number of adults and children, day and do not accept extra beds added
- Plus a quilt NT.150(Cleaning fee)
- Children : 5 years above(including five years) , elementary school students included
- Additional bed charges: (with breakfast ) Adults NT.700 / person & Children NT.700 / person
- Holiday continuous government notice shall prevail
- During the Spring Festival holiday & Consecutive holidays & Saturday & NewYear's Eve( with breakfast ) Adult NT.1000 / person & Children NT.1000 / person
- Check-in : After 3PM & Check-out : Before 11AM
- The restaurant is open for breakfast from 07:30 - 09:00
- Please keep low voice after 10PM as a convenient act to other guests in the house.
- Advisable to bring along insect repellent / mosquito patch and it tends to have more insects around the mountain area.
- Julie's Garden is located 250meters away from nearest bus stop，walk about 3 minutes away.
- Please do not smoke in the room and cooking food.
- All area is covered by WIFI connection .
- Free parking lots are available for guests who drive.
- Please kindly return the borrowed conversion socket
- Free deposit of luggage in the receoption room after checked out.
- We have pets around the house ( 1 dog ) that you can play along with.
- Mountain pipeline relatively old, bathroom toilet paper discard it in the trash, do not thrown into the toilet, so as not to make except obstruction.
